『Call of Duty』シリーズ最新作が2013年末、発売予定　現在開発中

本日2月8日に行われたActivision Blizzardの第4四半期及び2012年度の決算報告会において、『Call of Duty』シリーズの最新作が2013年Q4発売（10月1日～12月31日）に向けて開発中であることが発表されました。

2013年の『Call of Duty』最新作のセールスは、北米及び欧州で2012年のベストセラーヒットとなった『Call of Duty: Black Ops 2』を下回る見込みとのこと。世界経済状況やコンソールの世代移行なども理由に挙げられています。

過去のサイクル通りであれば、『Call of Duty』最新作は『Modern Warfare』シリーズとなることが予想されますが、開発スタジオやゲームの詳細は今のところ明らかになっていません。
